Our story started in Los Angeles in 1997 as an integrated Customer Contact Center that specializes
in Multilingual Solutions. Our founders believed that a unique blend of Technology and Customer
Service will ultimately achieve Excellent Consumer Management.
VXI Guatemala was established in 2017 and since then, our success continues to soar to new heights.
Our team is now 1,500 employees-strong across two sites in Guatemala City. But we do not stop there.
